BRIAN WILLIAMS
President

Carrying on the family tradition, Brian established Next Generation Contractors in 2004. His passion for helping clients turn their visions into reality led to small tenant improvement and residential remodel projects. As word of the quality of his company spread, Brian focused on commercial tenant improvement jobs, ranging from banks, general offices, retail stores, dental offices, veterinary hospitals, medical facilities, and churches. Next Generation Contractors' work has left its mark in Southern California and beyond.

Remarkably, Brian applies the same measure of passion and devotion to his family that he exhibits in his leadership of NGC. He joyfully embraces the challenge of balancing family, church, and work while still making time to mountain bike.

ERIN SWANSON
Office Manager

Erin came on board at NGC in 2019 after gaining 9+ years of experience in administration, accounting, and customer support. She received her bachelor's in linguistics from CSULB in 2008. Outside the office, Erin enjoys spending quality time with her two children, watercolor painting, and writing her first Christian nonfiction book. As a widowed pastor’s wife, Erin actively serves at her local church in the women’s & singles ministries, facilitating and occasionally teaching Bible study. She also enjoys serving as a guest speaker for Christian events.

JIMMY PONCE
Foreman

With 22 years in the construction industry, Jimmy began his career as a union carpenter for a small company. He later worked as a handyman until he was hired by NGC.

He has been married for over 17 years and has three wonderful children. Jimmy volunteers at his church as a youth leader and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He likes making people smile, going on hikes, and is a big fan of dogs.

TIM WASHINGTON
Project Manager

Next Generation Contractors was blessed with Tim’s addition in 2020. He has over 12 years of experience building and managing complex construction projects, providing executive-level leadership in their design and development. Tim is CAD & Bluebeam certified.

In his personal time, Tim enjoys coaching youth baseball, cooking, and gathering the family together. He serves on the board of directors for his local church and their praise team, as well as the church's engineer.

RANDY BARANOSKY
Superintendent

Randy joined Next Generation Contractors with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a dedicated team member who is hard-working, committed to excellence and has an appetite for learning.

He is a devoted Christian, a loving husband, and a proud father of two. Randy is also a musician and in his spare time, plays the drums or guitar and writes music. His love for music naturally led to serving on the worship team at church, where he also volunteered in high school ministry in his twenties.

JOE KLINGENBERG
Superintendent

Joe has been a valued member of the NGC team for 15+ years. Before pursuing a career in construction, Joe worked for the San Diego Chargers in the food and beverage industry. He also worked as an apprentice to a finish carpenter. Educationally, Joe received his bachelor's in psychology with a minor in biblical studies from Concordia University in 2003.

When he is not on the job, Joe enjoys attending baseball games, especially if the Angels or Padres are playing. The second of four kids, Joe has a deep-seated love for his family. He is in a happily committed relationship and cares for two cats despite raising Great Danes throughout his youth.
